Britney Spears Jury Deliberates
The jury tasked with deciding if Britney Spears is guilty of driving without a license has heard closing arguments and is deliberating.
Spears was driving without a license in August of 2007 when she was involved in a fender bender. The prosecution is seeking a misdemeanor conviction that could land that bizarre pop star in jail for 6 months (yeah right!)
Spears apparently did have a Louisiana drivers license, but the prosecutors says that’s not enough. She’s a California resident.
Her defense attorney said she’s a Louisiana girl at heart, and is only staying in Hollywood because of her custody case and will go back to her southern roots when that is resolved.
