What better way to show off her new shapely bod than to appear on the David Letterman show wearing a bikini and telling American what this great country would be like if she were president.  Playing on Letterman’s trademark top 10 list she sited these reasons:
10.  I’d be the first president to wear eye shadow since Nixon.
9.   We would only invade fun places like Cabo.
8.   Free pie for everybody.
7.   My situation room would be a cabana at the Palms Casino in Las Vegas.
6.   I’d lure Osama out of hiding with the irresistible scent of my new fragrance “Circus Fantasy”.
5.   Every presidential news conference would feature costume changes.
4.  America might have a more coherent fiscal strategy.
3.  Challenge US to put nightclub on the moon by the end of the decade.
2.  Three words:  Vice President Diddy.
And the number one reason…..Da Da
1.  Finally the media would pay some attention to me.
Sounds like a fun time for the US of A.  If only she can stay clean, sober and out of jail we should do OK.

It looks like Britney is taking her no drinking decision seriously. Last night she was in London at the O2 Arena continuing her Circus tour. Her father has demanded a no-drinking policy keeping it alcohol free backstage. Reportedly the entire staff had to sign agreements to promise not to drink at all while on tour. The Aces All Area guests found only water available for consumption.
After the show, Britney made and appearance at the Maddox club. She was surrounded by an entourage of bodyguards and accompanied by an unknown male companion. She called it an early evening and left through the rear of the club at 12:30 am. Let’s hope that she was able to avoid the booze there and that she will be able to abide by her father’s new no-drinking policy.

Cheryl Tweedy Cole Named Sexiest Woman

FHM’s 100 Sexiest Women of 2009 issue hits the stands today, and Cheryl Cole of Girls Aloud was crowned the sexiest. Cole, aka Tweedy,  made 2008′s list at number 8. Last year’s sexiest, Megan Fox, was bumped to the second spot.

Eardley, the attorney Spears allegedly hired to fight her conservatorship case in 2008, argued that if the Toxic hitmaker is well enough to perform a major tour, she should be able to attend court and give evidence.

Temporary restraining orders against the men were extended until April 28 (09), when the judge will hear rebuttal arguments before making a final decision.

Smoke was blamed for the interruption. It is Vancouver, after all.

A voice over the PA announced: “The building is awfully smoky. It is uncomfortable for everyone on stage, including Ms. Spears. Please extinguish all cigarettes – this is a non-smoking building, and the show will resume when the smoke on the stage is cleared.”

The concert concluded with Spears singing “Womanizer” and advising the still-restless crowd, “Vancouver, don’t smoke weed.”

It looks like pop star Britney Spears and ex-husband Kevin Federline are close to agreeing on a custody agreement that will allow each of them to spend time with sons Jayden and Preston while Spears tours this year.

Federline, aka K-Fed, has primary custody of the boys but has said he’ll travel to various locations around the country so Spears can continue her nearly 50/50 visitation rights when she’s not on stage.
