Dirty Sexy Money, Eli Stone and Pushing Daisies Canceled
ABC announced today that it would not be picking up these three series’for the second half of the season, and had no intention of ordering up any new episodes in the future.
Eli Stone, starring Jonny Lee Miller and Natasha Henstridge, is the story of a quirky lawyer with a brain anyeurism who recieces orders from a higher power. Sounds corny, but I personally like it.
Dirty Sexy Money stars Peter Krause (Six Feet Under), Donald Sutherland, William Baldwin, Shawn Michael Patrick and Laura Margolis.
Pushing Daisies has recieved a ton of critical acclaim, which propbably kept it going on life support long after the plug should have been pulled. The story of a pie maker that couldn’t touch anyone lest they die, stars Lee Pace, Anna Friel, Chi McBride and Kristin Chenoweth.
Here’s to hoping they don’t replace them with reality shows.
