Hudson Murder Suspect Has Parole Hearing
William Balfour is set to see the parole board today in Joliet, Illinois. Balfour, 27, is on parole from a 1999 attempted murder charge.

If the Illinois Prisoner Review Board can’t find evidence that he violated his parole, he could be set free today. Though named a person of interest in the killings of Oscar-winner Jennifer Hudson’s mother, brother and nephew, Balfour has not been charged for the crime.
