Joe Francis, Girls Gone Wild Creator, On House Arrest

After showing up 5 hours late to his court hearing over his tax evasion claim, Joe Francis has been placed on house arrest. He’ll have to wear an electronic monitoring device and watch his Girls Gone Wild DVD series at home until his trial starts in March.
