Robert De Niro’s former nanny is suing the actor for $40,000 she claimed she racked up in overtime.
Alexis Barry said in court papers she wasn’t paid for more than 750 hours of overtime, and 10 paid vacation days. She began taking care f De Niro and wife Grace Hightower’s 11-year-old son, Elliot, in August 2006. She says she was fired 10 months later after she threatened she was going to quit.
